Moving your existing clients is our problem, not yours
Most partners come to us from another texting vendor with live clients mid-cycle. That is the normal case, not the hard case, so migration is built into onboarding rather than bolted on.
- Zero client downtime
- We do the paperwork
- Move at your pace
Three steps, and we do most of them.
This page is the short version. The full process, asset by asset with the checklist, is written down in the Migration Playbook.
- 1
Book an audit
We review your current book, rate card, and 10DLC registrations, then show you exactly what moving looks like before you commit to anything. If the numbers do not work, we tell you.
- Line-by-line rate comparison against your current invoice
- Registration and number inventory review
- A written migration plan with dates

We migrate
Numbers, registrations, lists, and templates are moved for you. We sequence around your send calendar so nothing lands mid-wave.
- Number porting handled end to end
- 10DLC brand and campaign registration transferred or re-filed
- Lists, universes, and templates rebuilt in your sub-accounts
- 3
First client live this week
We start with one client, prove the migration works, then move the rest of your book on your schedule. Race by race, cycle by cycle.
- Pilot client live before you move volume
- Parallel running while you build confidence
- The rest of the book moves at your pace, not ours
What partners actually worry about.
Will my clients notice the switch?
That is the design goal. Numbers port, sender identity stays consistent, and reporting continues under your brand. Most partners migrate mid-cycle without telling their clients anything happened.
What about 10DLC registrations I already paid for?
Registrations tied to your clients' brands can generally be transferred or re-filed. We handle the paperwork either way and tell you upfront where a re-file is unavoidable.
I have live sends running. Is there downtime?
We sequence the migration around your calendar so a port never lands mid-wave. Where timing is tight, we run both platforms in parallel until the new one is proven.
How long does the whole book take?
That depends on how many clients and registrations are involved. A single pilot client is usually days. A full book of a dozen clients is typically weeks, spread to suit your cycle rather than compressed.
What if it goes wrong halfway?
Your data and registrations remain yours throughout, with no exit fees, so stopping is always available. That is part of the Partner Protection Guarantee.
