In Their Words
What they have said, on the record
“I'm a working mom who's in the trenches, with a special needs son”
“There was ballot access in March and then the primary and now on to the general election. Our goal has always been November.”
“This is certainly a win, but more than that, it's a milestone”
“Parental rights and education. Parents are the primary decision-makers for their children's education, full stop. I support school choice, whether that's public, charter, private or homeschool. I will oppose state mandates that override local school board decisions or remove parents from the process. As a mother of a son with Down syndrome, I have navigated our education system as an advocate. I know what it means when the system works and what it costs families when it doesn't.”
“Public safety. Too many policies coming out of the Capitol reduce consequences for criminals instead of protecting families. I will support law enforcement funding, oppose legislation that weakens accountability for repeat offenders and fight to restore consequences that actually deter crime. I've already worked alongside law enforcement leaders to advance legislation that supports officers and communities. That is why I've earned the endorsements of current and former sheriffs and the Colorado Fraternal Order of Police. That work continues on day one.”
“Colorado's affordability crisis is the direct result of seven years of single-party governance. Families in Loveland are paying more for housing, groceries and utilities. I will fight to protect TABOR, which returns excess revenue to taxpayers instead of growing government. I will oppose new mandates that drive up costs for businesses and families. And I will work to reduce the regulatory burden on energy and agriculture, two industries that power Northern Colorado's economy.”

“I have been involved in Colorado politics for more than a decade, learning the process, assisting in the crafting of legislation and building relationships. In 2022 after the passing of Rep. Hugh McKean, I temporarily filled the vacancy his death left behind. Taking that oath meant something to me. I know what effective representation looks like and what happens when it's missing. As a mom with a diabetic daughter and a son with Down syndrome, I am not running out of ambition. I am running because this community deserves someone who is willing and capable of delivering good representation.”
“I am the communications and digital strategist for Northern Water. The Colorado-Big Thompson Project, Chimney Hollow Reservoir, the future NISP and many environmental initiatives are all areas I am intimately involved in. I have also spent the last 12 years working on campaigns and alongside elected officials, navigating complex issues and legislative processes.”
